• Project data: project titles, materials, costs, time logs, and notes you create in the app.
• Subscription data: payment status managed through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.

• To provide and maintain the 0machine Planner service.
• To process subscription payments securely via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset) via Resend.
• To improve the product through aggregated, anonymized usage analysis.
• To respond to support requests.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted PostgreSQL databases. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant — we never see or store your full card details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with:

• Supabase — for secure database hosting.
• Stripe — for payment processing.
• Resend — for transactional email delivery.

All third-party providers are bound by their own privacy policies and GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated project data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Export your data in a portable format.
