By accessing or using 0machine Planner ("the Service") operated by 0machine ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Use of the Service

0machine Planner is a project planning and cost-tracking tool for laser cutting and CNC hobbyists and professionals. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.
• Upload malicious code or content that disrupts the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@0machine.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription & Payments

0machine Planner offers a free tier and a Pro subscription at $9/month. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the project data, materials, and content you create in the app. We do not claim any rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The 0machine Planner app, website, design, and branding are owned by 0machine and protected by copyright. You may not use our trademarks, logo, or name without written permission.

6. Availability & Uptime

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience downtime. We will communicate planned maintenance when possible.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the Service will be error-free, secure, or reliable. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0machine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting hello@0machine.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
