You retain full ownership of the project data, materials, and content you create in the app. We do not claim any rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.
The 0machine Planner app, website, design, and branding are owned by 0machine and protected by copyright. You may not use our trademarks, logo, or name without written permission.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience downtime. We will communicate planned maintenance when possible.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the Service will be error-free, secure, or reliable. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0machine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or profits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting hello@0machine.com.
